CDC – Advancing Nations

Established in June 1999 with a paid-up capital of RM40 million, Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd (CDC) was incorporated for the fundamental purpose to develop and operate an electronic procurement system for the Government of Malaysia, known as ePerolehan. This initiative was undertaken to steer the nation’s commerce into the forefront of the digital economy.

Employing cutting-edge technology, CDC rolled out its first ePerolehan module a year after the company’s inception. With the introduction of ePerolehan on a nationwide scale, the Government of Malaysia became the pioneer in implementing electronic public procurement in the world.

CDC has since transformed ePerolehan from being just an end-to-end electronic government procurement system to one of the key contributors towards achieving national aspiration. An achievement that is inextricably a clear testament to the Malaysian Government’s success in further improving the way businesses is conducted that is responsive to the business community’s needs.

Puncak Semangat Technology Sdn. Bhd. (PST) was established in 2009 to serve and provide Shared Services to Puncak Semangat Group of Companies with a solid support system for all their back-end activities allowing the business partners to dedicate their full focus on their businesses. It provides; (i) Human Capital Management Services (ii) Legal Services (iii) Corporate Secretarial Services (iv) Administration Management Services (v) Financial & Treasury Management Services and (vi) Training Services.
